I’ve been tinkering with pickups and cars since I was 14. My first vehicle was a 1987 GMC Jimmy (full-size) with a 350 backed by a 700r4 paired with a NP208 supported by 3.73 gearing. Love that old square body. Since then I’ve had an 84 blazer, 86 2wd c2500, 80 k3500, 04 Mitsubishi Lancer OZ Rally, 94 dodge shadow, 81 Dodge w150, and an 89 Pontiac Firebird, plus my current 97 k2500 Earl.
My personal feelings are don’t judge other rides just because they don’t fit your personal taste.
