About my car
Full RS2 spec build including turbo, exhaust manifold, injectors, fuel pressure regular, mass air flow meter, head gasket, port & polish on the head, 034 bypass valve, Bosch 044 fuel pump with relay.
Hans Lehmann Stage 3+ ECU sourced from Germany for me back in the day by my friend Joe Hoppen. Apparently Hoppen wasn't selling MTM software at the time that would be truly suitable for my car with full RS2 spec plus the head work etc. I think the MTM option was quoted around 320 HP at the time. Word from Joe (via Lehmann supposedly) was that mine would be near 400 at the flywheel. I always viewed that as optimistic to say the least but considering it was built to be a fast and reliable street car I really didn't worry about it too much. To quote Rolls Royce, the power was definitely "adequate" for my purposes. It has also proven itself to be darn near bullet proof over 100k miles of modded daily driving.
I still love this car 16+ years into ownership.
