About my car
This car is basically new from nose to tail built for street and autocross/road course duties . It's still in the final stages of completion with zero road time. Powered by a 496 cubic inch big block that flows through Spintech exhaust backed up by a built 700R4. The entire rear suspension is Chris Alston Chassisworks that starts at canted rear frame rails with built in roll bar that hook to a triangulated 4-link. Double adjustable coilovers and varisprings provide the ride control The front of the car is tied in via hand built subframe connectors. The front end rides on QA1 adjustable coilovers on a stock clip. 4 wheel disc brakes provide stopping power.
The car has a few custom touches including Front and rear quarter panel marker lights being deleted prior to paint. The paint is a custom mix that started with Mopar gecko green with a Mopar gray for accents. A billet Front grill was added as well. The entire underside of the car was treated to GM undercoating. The current setup is 18" wheels at all 4 corners that were finished in the same gray as the paint accents.
The interior has all new sheet metal including hand built mini tubs that was covered in 3 layers of heat and sound material. Custom gauge cluster holds 5" Speedo and RPM gauges. Aftermarket seats and door panels round out the interior. Vintage Air provides comfort and the stereo hasn't been installed, this is last on the list to complete the car.
