At 385000 miles I decide it was time for a pro paint correction and ceramic coating
Cost was reasonable but was not cheap. . Turned out great for 20 year old paint

Full timing belt job. All OE parts, a genuine Audi water pump and thermostat
Video shows it running nice and quiet.

Cam adjuster was starting to make noise
These are not cheap parts to replace but I went with the genuine Audi part and changed the noisy cam adjuster. Running great and quiet again.

Door panels were looking tired, the fabric had come seperated due to the foam disintergrating..
Foam failed on the door panel. . 3/16 headliner material placed behind the original alcantra and glued then tucked back in place. All fixed:)

Bi-Xenon Euro lights.. bought then disassembled and refinished to look new
Bought these and sanded on them for hours, then applied a proper 2k clearcoat. ordered new bulbs and they work fantastic.

Vibrations can be fun, unless they are unwanted.. this was the case, ordered a rebuilt driveshaft
Installed a rebuilt driveshaft from PTC and ordered the proper alignment tool. Now the car has no vibrations on the highway.

Bleeder pipes were cracked and the parts are No longer available.. No worries, let's make a pair...
We made new pipes out of aluminum hex bar and utiltized off the shelf brass bleeder screws from a BMW.
