Engine upgrades 

I recently installed a new stage 2 BTR camshaft duel spring kit, 7,400 push rods & K-Tech timing chain. 2010-12 Camaro stock size pulley and set of LS1 F-body Vette wires and black front main seal. We did a thermostat, oil pump and LS3 timing gear. Also a set of stainless short system 17/8 x 3 inch headers were installed. An air intake was installed and the engine was tuned & dynoed. The stock motor was around 325 HPRW and 427 HP to the flywheel. After the upgrades it was dynoed at 460 HPRW and around 550HP to the flywheel. The car is without a doubt a totally different animal and the sound is crazy. I’m very happy with the outcome. I think the next upgrade will be a 3inch CORSA performance exhaust although it might get to loud so I’m not sure. Believe it or not the stock performance GM stainless 21/2 inch exhaust sounds dam nice.
