Chicago, IL Winter '18

Just a simple trip to Chicago to see friends and my favorite band, August Burns Red. When primarily using I-57 and I-94/90 you will get from Cape Girardeau, MO to Chicago, IL in about 6 hours flat, doing roughly 370 miles. Throughout the trip I drove through all the road going winter time elements, fog, rain, sleet, wind, bitter cold, and snow. Drove up at 56°F, left at 20°F, five days later. It was absolutely great to see the season of year, and I miss the city already.

Photos are in order from beginning to end. Wed 1/10/18 - Mon 1/15/18.

The ole trusty steed waiting to be of service again. John Hancock and North side skyline in the background.
