Deer hunting

So two weeks ago, I hit a deer and for body-wise it's not bad for damage. It'll cost me about 500 bucks to fix Cosmetics on it but for suspension wise I'd be willing to bet that I got at least two grand in damage, upper and lower a arm on my driver side are bent, torsion bar has pushed back along with the cross member on the frame for the torsion bar... I have progressive for insurance and it's fully covered but they will only pay for the Cosmetics on the pickup unless I can prove that the suspension damage was cause by the deer... Is this even possible to do...
