Whats next for the XJ?

I have to admit. I've neglected the Jeep for a while now. I'm creating a list of ideas and projects to do next, and am hoping for some XJ community opinions and feedback.

Front Bumper Setup: I got a good deal on a winch and want to set it up, but I'm not convinced that having the winch on a hitch-mounted plate is the best solution. So I've been considering trading the front bumper for an ARB winch bumper. A hard decision to make..

Rear Bumper Setup: Another idea/problem that needs to be dealt with the the rear set-up. The tire carrier is still failing. Every time I take it out it gets more and more loose as its bounced around. I'm considering either fabricating something up to have a second point to secure it to (maybe the roof rack?) OR selling the rear bumper / tire carrier and going to a full tire carrier system. Another tough decision.

Roof Rack: My roof rack isnt the strongest. Its held together by rivets. I'm gonna weld some brackets all around to make it something I can hang off of, and then fabricate a ladder to climb up. (I'm no welder, but I weld things. Other options are welcome!)

Sound: Currently, I'm listening to my music through just the soundbar across the back. speakers are blown so I'd like to replace all around with some nice sounding, yet cheap speakers. (I'm not THAT invested in the sound, but something to hear over my tires..)

Crazy thought for the next big mod: Chop Top. I LOVE the chop top XJ's. However, I seldom see it done nice. I want to do the chop top and mount my tire in the cab pre-runner style. Something that I feel could either make this XJ look wicked, or completely horrid. I'm going to keep on looking at chopped top done right, and that decision might come in the near future (winter probably)
