Interior Work (The Guts)

Working the inside of the car involved starting from scratch. I worked from dash to package tray. 1st thing I got rid of was the stock front seats and replaced them with a set of nice buckets from a Ford Contour. Fabricated the brackets so they would fit an old Chevy. Replaced rusted floor boards. Next I replaced all dash cluster bulbs with LED's. Built a center console that housed a set of 6x9's. Added (2) 6.5's with a set of tweeters to each door to fill the cabin with some good mid & high surround sound. Custom painted gauges, dash facial & vent louvers. Added a custom steering wheel and ran miles of wire for the hydraulics and the stereo before carpet and newly wrapped panels went in. I openly admit the only things on this build that I didn't actually perform was wrapping the interior and laying the paint.

Interesting for you

Had to cover up the old logo on the firewall. Did a little airbrush, still a bit more to do before clear, for now it's Seahawks time!
