Humble Beginnings

I bought this 1978 Gem back in '98 to be my daily not knowing that circumstances beyond my control would put me in a position to start seeing my dreams manifest in a way I didn't plan - ain't that how God does things!

I started my project in 2007 after my divorce, building my Monte Carlo low-low became my therapy. I started with some immediate exterior issues like my dents and dings and that horribly dry rotted Landau vinyl roof. I focused on attacking all my metal issues, then I went on to interior, hydros, sounds, engine and finally paint. I also acquired a set of Players 100 spokes to start the look of my lowrider. During this time I joined a car club and began entering in under construction classes.

I'm gonna break it down by project as I built my 1st baby "Golden Child ". Journey with me as spin back the clock and recall my journey with this build from start to present.

LET'S RIDE!!!
