Got it started! 

I haven't started this in a while tried a couple weeks ago and it wouldn't start.. Did all new plugs wires cap and rotor and it was running perfect then it sat for a bit and when I tried it wouldn't crank over. So I did some research and pulled the #3 wire from the plug and thing started up... Looks like I gotta new project to figure out :/
