PaceEdwards Bedlocker for 2007 Tundra DC 6.5 bed.

I went a head and ordered the PaceEdwards Bedlocker electric. Best choice of tonneau covers, in my opinion. It wasn't cheap, but I did pay $1800. I made a video because the things I felt were important wasn't addressed by the PaceEdwards.

I have noticed less drag on the truck and increase in mpg. Don't care what others say, this has saved fuel and money. Relative wind flows over the truck and right off. It doesn't allow the disturbed air to collect in the bed and create drag.

During the install, I had to cut the plastic bedlining along the back to allow the canister to sit flush. It won't fit with it installed. So I cut about 13" off the back side of the liner. Also had to trim back sides to allow access for the drain hoses.

I was able to keep the functionality of the bull hooks should i want to stack stuff on the cover. When I say stack I'm talking something light, like a bed mattress. However I have yet to stack anything on top. I don't want to scratch it.

I've had heavy rain and water from a car wash and I want to say 95% stays dry. On the video, the only spots water has entered the bed was at the tailgate where the rail ends. See video.

This video sums it up nicely. Enjoy.
